In love scenes, the writer seeks to stir the reader's emotions. Make them feel the PoV character's need, longing, tenderness, affection, desire, passion, pain, hope or despair.

The setting can help rouse emotions and make the love scene memorable.

Consider a location that's unusual, dramatic, wild. What's the wildest part of nature in that area? How about setting the scene on a windswept moorland, or on a wave-lashed cliff?
